If a drug tested in cancer-trials having special loosened criterias shows fat loss and changed protein absorption by the cancer patient, but do not show the intended function of muscle growth to stabilze the patients side effect of chemo, you must be a fucked up asshole of bastard to come along trying to use that on any human or monkey not facing death.
Cancer medication trials have special rules, because humans are dying on a disease that has no cure and the known therapies are medicated torture only 20% survive. The entire biosystem of impacted, and no infected, humans changes and is further altered by the impact of chemo therapy. A drug supporting the muscle loss does make sense, but is no Quality of Live Drug and still falls under restricted cancer procedures.
