Just the part with Clans taking over I did not buy. Germany has a major new group running the fear factor against the Average Joes next to Rocker Gangs, because American style gangs could not gain any ground ever. The Lebanon was ripped apart during the 80ies as a side victim of the cold war becoming prey for the Anti-Semite. The problem is that there is nothing really in the Lebanon to exploit. It is not rich like Africa's or South America's soil and lived on trade that requires liberal education to prosper being in competition with other more homogenous people north and south.
