Fighting designer drugs, that also come covered using names of other drugs, is more difficult, because they are no extract from a plant, but created by chemical reactions of already labratory created substances. It is true that such chemical componants also have a natural source, but way more steps before.
A Heroin or Cokain cook will have basically a plant in his hands. An Amphetamin cook will have only chemical products that need a latin and greek dictionaire to understand the base plant with which he won't have any result or use.
