Both sides, NATO and Russia with it's strategic Allies, agree to upon ENTER_DATE declare a seaze fire in Ukraine of unlimted time frame. Breaking this seaze fire localy, by e.g. rogue forces or missfire, does not impact the overal agreement of an unlimited seaze fire.
All actions of war are from ENTER_DATE on turned to Secret Service actions of all appropriate means under the premisses of avoiding colleteral damage among civilians, third party nationals, historic infrastructure and all UN listed buildings of importance to humanity and world human heritage.
