For a while now the media is full of propaganda for a new mind set especially for men. Two stakes of The West are pushing their version. The English and German speaking are both pushing on the main entertainement channel of the next leaders forward with their version of the successful man and a new sterotype.
The English speking are pushing from the Gangster side, which does make sence considering the high amount of actual real street gangs in all Anglo-Saxon dominated areas, while the German speaking are pushing from the system fitting already successful rolemodel side.

I honestly consider that a step back in human development, because not even the Tates strike me as super social team players that get along in a set of most different educations, fields of excellence and personal backgrounds in a time that is short on new technology, but richer than ever in violant conflict.
I do not believe that we need another super ego class of alpha man looking for betas to follow, but that towns like Lagos reaching possibly 30 million in a decade need the same social technolgy like Munich with a constant traffic jam on its main ring with only 1 million humans that we know we do not know about.
Lagos is the fastest growning town on earth and Munich one of the richest. Both are eager to grow. Both face the same problems from traffic jams, to pollution, to high rents just on very different levels of wealth. In common have both that there is no technology available to fix their problems and every Enterpreneur or Start Up building a traffic app in Munich failed to ensure constant good car flow on the Munich Ring as much as Lagos Victoria Island is no place for any car during shopping time.
Traffic jams are a social problem and we have no technology beyond Facebook and YouTube that calls itself Social no matter the content.
The next technological revolution will be from a team. So, I am sorry all you looking for the next Bill Gates or Steve Jobs it must be Sarah, Jonas, Muhammed, Sheyla and M'bankteme, if that is a name, because we have no overpopulation, but a lack of social respect.
