You don't wanna do that with a 9er striker like a Glock. Firing one target twice is stupid, given you hit. Glocks became popular because they have 15 rounds loaded and the recoil of a 9ner standard is not that bad, but also its statement on the target. The price is also that a Glock is a big brick and conceal carry that thing is not happening.
Past a military Beretta that can deal with spiced up 9er rounds, aka cop killers, you end up with a 1911 ACP also spiced up. It is a reliable most solid iron and whom ever you hit with a spiced up ACP round stays down along with all even some behind him, beside most Crews don't come with more than the mags 8 rounds.
A 1911 is a hammer fired gun, that means you need to cock it before firing it with a round in the chamber adding an important security layer when you move a lot to the safety switch while a Glock only has the savety switch holding the striker from falling onto the chambered round.
