as a Dark Future Dystopia was asking, if mankind would develop an even worse Warriors Utopia in which loosing arms or legs would not weaken and end a carrier from arms, but actually enhance it.
Turned out, it needs more social skills to develop Cyborg Technology than was around in all areas that had the technological base to get there and bring it into all parts of society with the streets in excess straight from the battle grounds.
Maeaning most scientists into medicine, biochemics, computer science and mechanical engeneering were either having to little social skills themselves or understood just too well what who would do whith "stuff...."
PS: Like imagine those in Ukraine on any side in a tank with a realy big and mighty energy weapon and you do understand somewhere in possibly Poland that e.g. laser beams follow gravitation and even more that that knowledge won't pay for a new roof looking up into the night sky wondering about God's mysterious ways.....
