Just, investement banking and speculation once had been two things....some long time ago before Kokain made Greed Good long before the 80ies, which is why nobody invests into anything influencing Burger prices even so inflation means that there is a market for cheap and good Burgers. Like a big one, yet way off your four screens and desk.

In the USA you can buy food from Whole Foods or farmer markets, you can move into a Real Estate Developer flat or into a small building company house, but you than also have neighbours and shops from these worlds all around you.
