Trash crisis? I assume Rome has some fency legistlations and rules for recycling companies including a dedicated tax man. They are big. Big halls, big trucks. Slums have tiny little mini factories, but many. The trash is sorted into bio waste to sell soil, the metal is meltet for metal stuff, the plastic shredded and than used for new plastics. They can not be smelled so they have good filters, small but many boxes are moving from one place to another and actually, from one micro company to another including money. A lot of tiny fractions....do I need to draw a map or does someone wanna try google on "What can be produced from plastic?" of the Dons? And as another unwanted hint try vacation in India: Dharavi's plastic recycling industry employs almost 10,000 to 12,000 people. I guess Rome won't get a cut, but Naples smells a lot better. Bur than...ever checked how much your clients still can smell, actually?

PS:Scampia is your Hell's Kitchen? I like it. Not like here, New York's or South Central, but I like it. However, Rome fucked you over again as in the Cocain trade. They cut down on all social money, I've heard, and now walk anyone over to a Milan Bank for a loan despite any profit share based investement. You need to invest into the local people and their liberty, even if it costs taxmen and stupid law enforcers lifes not taking reason as an argument.
