The Biedermeier period was an era in Central Europe between 1815 and 1848 during which the middle classes grew in number and the arts began to appeal to their sensibilities. The period began with the end of the Napoleonic Wars in 1815 and ended with the onset of the Revolutions of 1848.
And about the Revoltions:

Imagine that beside 1000 years of Germany wating to be unified also Republic and Civil Rights history needs to be changed, because the lifesytle of feudalism, in which those able to use violance live off and not for those that prefered a plowe, does not give up easily.
Than, but only if that was true and not weired bullshit from a psyochotic freak, Napoleons defeat, yet not on the battle ground, but in changing the systems of all counties he tried to liberate created a time of peace in which the focus of humans was on the home in form of a retreat out of public life. A regrouping so to say until starting another run for their freedom in those Revolutions to build Repiblics.
Basically, I state, that Napoleon defeated in millitary means the last Feudal Lords and their forces, but failed to reform the administrative system of those terretories. When the people gained more wealth, had build up their homes and even established a new period of fine arts, the adminstrations outside of their homes failed to support them and as soon as those turned repressive to protect their existance, the period of Revolutions started.
Those revolts created no nations, they created Republics and those are not in opposite to a Monarchy, but for well to an Absolute Monarchy based on privilages. Today we have Nations with privilges again for some supported by the administration system.
This quite looks like a second Biedermaier to me....empty streets creating empty shops. None of the shops has anything new, something to discover and none of the places is worth hanging around or made to meet good new people. Soon policing will get surpressive in also those almost empty regions to secure a system that killed all innovation and therefore progress since the TFT screen as demonstations are becoming more violant prooving my prediction, even so the East Germans managed to change their system peacefully.
Do you get it, BKA and CIA? You are build by Nazis and have therefore a track history of ignorance and brutal violance that you kept working on, as I can tell. No proof is about to turn your problem.

PS: To be more precise. We keep killing human trash like you soon again, as in the 90ies, South Central or to today Haiti, until we can learn from areas like Mokoko in Lagos where priviliged arrogant assholes bulding their authority on weapon and violance priviliges like you are not needed.
