With one of the best sounding guns I have heard him firing.
Freedom by force
13:14 I don't think you understand the concept of a full auto marksmen rifle. The US military does keep no record on sniper misses, only on successful drops. Dedicated Marksmen in a Platoon, Embeded Sniper or The Shooter are those that will take a temporary sniping position covering the advance, attack or retreat of his platoon. The M14 is designed for semi-auto operation and even so I agree that shooting one target twice is stupid, you want to make stupidly sure the enemy is down and with a full auto system replacing the M14 position, you will. Therefore, the grouping is important. So, if an M60 with a good optic is too unhandy, that babe will do.
To show what I mean you'd need an urban combat training ground with pop up targets, but those that also take cover again staying visible only for a few seconds. Using a full auto rifle the hit rate is way higher than with a semi auto one, by quickly aiming and shooting at quick movements instead of fixed range targets. Like in HEAT when the anti-heros aim at Police heads popping up from behind their cover on their way out.
