What would a small group of the Schwarze Order that was the worst of the GeStaPo dedicating their lifes to fight for bad, just like Sith in Star Wars, do when the NSA algorythms on mass surveillance detect an area in which humans are happier than elsewhere and when looking closer they find a physics mastermind and a cop so quick in understanding his sourroundings he gets a missing 38 the second he comes back after being knocked out?

PS; In minute 60 when he speaks with the created look'a'like he is facing a theory of time travel, basically. The scientist that was just dead on the floor states correctly that time is a dimension, but he sais it connects the three others. Than he shows a sheet of paper as time and cuts cuts into the paper stating that time can be changed from linear to a folded or split form.
