if actually ever considered considering that The West is down to V1 responses. The V1 was not called a long range drone, but was basically an airplane loaded with explosivs that had no pilot. The Spitfires of the Royal Airforce jsut tipped the wings to reroute it, because in opposite to modern drones they were neither remote controlled nore autonoumusly course correcting when being drifted of course hold by a torpedo like system by either wind or a Spitfire.
When the V1 was used, the Weapon SS was already retreating and the German Wehrmacht had either surrendered, turned sides or was killed in action, and all fronts were collapsing. If the Russian Military Intelligence suggests that a classic attack onto NATO will be succesful while also being able to capture and secure the nuclear arsenal with special forces taking bomb bunkers next to airfields and Pershing Silos in the Frankfurt am Main area, they will and noone will stop them being killed in action by the Russian Missile arsenal somewhere close to Ukrain using big loads of classic explosives, but in supersonic missiles instead of in V2 style aka cruise missile Jet levels.
