This means that Larry and Sergey can make all decisions.
Now google them and think about the CIA. Do you believe both would challange any CIA agent in a meeting or after when they get told to do something? Do you believe that the CIA will care about their ownership rights and never consider to hack their Server Farms?
In a world in which ID checks are performed by Police Men even so they need by the law justification and no Police is a judge, therefore creating a Judge Dredd like secnario every time you deal with a Police men arguing??
