The only one that ever managed to trigger me was in the end of the day a German small time doc with way too much of an ego that kept swearing at me for 30 minutes period. When I asked him in on which floor of the street adress his office was he got short. Thatn I told him he had three options: One: Keep going and I file a complaint with our PM for the Pharma Company running the study. Two: He hands over the phone to the Study Nurse I do my job. He said it was three. I told him three was no option for everyone here and asked how long an ambulance would need to his office, becuase I have my car keys in the hand and will do the trio in 2 hours 30 min with 10 up the stairs and only 3 minutes with him in the office to have him repeat in my face what he said.
He passed on the phone, but so I had to a colleague to fix the tecnical problem on a study device.
As long we have a working system, like a doctor that got afterwards set off the trial when the PM understood whom he treated as he did having made a name in the industry by talking to pharma managers, there is no need to act like the Construction Mob on Union affairs in Italy or Boston.
The testo ego posing lifestyle here gets in the way of business, and thats a classic competitve men problem. The guy on the phone back then only understood Sponsor Trouble and not that I am pretty much a cruiser weight kick boxing champion and he an industry known asshole, so that bluff worked and he did not further hurrass me understanding that what he thought was just a little call center idiot and not a Senior Specialist on a new bussiness line who was about to cause him trouble were the money comes from.
So, just sue him and let Harvey do the bitching or drive there in person throwing boxer mouth guard onto his table asking outside or right now, but this way everybody only understood "insult my employee over something you failed to explaine" instead of the guy trying to get a Non Compete Agreement and planning papers signed from someone that had no signing authority by being passive aggressive....over the fucking phone dude, Yeah, try coming through the line, big man and it is still legally hurrassement.
