Today shop lifting is getting in at night bypassing the alarm and grapping goods, except done by idiots. Tomorrow, you want to consider that most shops have cupboards and a minimum space inbetween them. All items are sealed and packet. At some shops you have to collect them from a warehouse like endpoint just befor the cash point.
Robots can do. It needs an item recognicition system, arms to grap those, a box to put them in and legs or wheels to move and place the box in the truck. Way in and out are the same and walking once through the shop can create a blue print for a moving pattern.
The breacher is another robot and if you're up for action a set of gunned robots spare any hustle with the alarm while waiting in the truck with a game pad controler and some cams.
Or in different words, if BKA does like to have classic shop lfiting go out of hand by contiously saveguarind the worst of the corrupt, you'll inheritors face that at some point not that far away...like a potential epedemic you laughed at turning into an ignored part of society or a nice guy's message of not mistaken kindness for weakness into a sad truth.
