Like the Mayans had to one side a very high mountain range and to the north the American vast land of nomads and their biggest towns were in central America only.
Monaco is in Europe the densiest populated town with a mountain to one side, an ocean to the other and pretty much no main town until Lyon and Geneva and they are all .... strange elitists at least among each other.
