Platforms like Amazon, YouTube or Pornhub cannot per business model verify all content, but they can make sure that uploaders and created profits are transparently given to the juridical system and sue the offenders themselves after a Judge fined them guilty for business model abuse.
Otherwise they would also have to check why my voice is all over the place on Universal music....and basically hand out share majorty to me and my Crew...I lost touch with...in the 90ies...
