Bodybuilders and the Pull Up trap

Would you bench press 110kg cold? But why would you train your arm-shoulder.neck corsett without a warm up than? 
A Bodybuilder misses out on one of the best defining excercises for the very upper body, the shoulder and all suport muscles.
The excercise nees to be put in the middle of the upper body work out being warm and than executed from hanging and not holding with a very slow and constant pull movement having the head straight not rosen to stay withing the five repetition sceme creating strength. 
Only cheaters use Pull Ups as an endurance excercise, that would be the Farmer Walk with lifted neck shoulders and bended arms leaning slightly forward creating a weight hold variety.
