In the Shadowrun and Cyberpunk ttrpgs the Afterlive is that one place everyone starts his career as in the Shadows after having lost his Corporate job, Soldier contract or having left the woodlands for the Sprawl hitting a town like NightCity.. Frankfurt or Rotterdam after the nation has fallen.
The Music Industry Monopole does that for some time already and as predicted T-Low won't be long alone as a Toxic G Rap musician while the German G Rap Crews are in an all war about reputation and ring fights.
At least they smoke weed....
