So, apparently Bogota Police informs the Germans about a Cokain smuggle ring. The German Officer calls opening 10 containers identified by using the shipping logistics computer of Hamburg Haven an indepth and long analysis. 

They find 25tonnes. 

So, why did Bogota let the load go and why did no newspaper report about a gigantic explosion when some idiot dropped the load into the Stuttgart Power Plant high temperature ofen?
