I am not jealous, which is for most the worst part, because I would not even try to live on a weekend bay cruiser sail boat that will use most of the time the engine.
The entire market does not know any boat people appropriate ships with the exception of old Dutch cargo sail boats converted to Peniches which are sailed by the owners without lowering the two swords aside the boat.
Than there are extremely inefficient and staff needing luxurious ships that will be sailed by a hired crew into a luxurious Yacht Port like Saint Tropez or Monte Carlo.
There is not one single design that is made for living, or at least a Sabbatical from your stressful Big Tech Comp job, like what they do.
It would need to be off shore saleable, having a storm proof sealed cabin door and installations to keep the mast and sail ropes clean even under stress, smart arrangements of water, waste water, cargo space, kitchen, hygiene and sleep quarters with a Captain's quarter for route planning and food, water and energy planning.... But than, you don't manage to understand sun and whit skin, you won't calculate how long your food will last until reaching the next port and how to get to the supermarket there..despite a laundromat shop anywhere around, stinky bastard.
