You demount all gear from Berlin and ship it to Dubai. You build right next to it a Solar Cell factory and turn both off grid including the water management. You cut all fancy stuff on the next Tesla, but add an Ethanol tank and a high efficient, computer controlled electric generator to it. You start recycling old Teslas aiming for 100%.

You invest into ethanol production from fish farming, to food waste use, to Bangladeshi rat meat farming and Thai snake farms using the excrement and waste from butchering or Silicone Valley Office complexes. 

You build high efficient e-scooters for a low price or a rent to buy sceem as used in 3rd World Mega cities with trailors. 

You start a gardening and recreational green space company to sell the green Dubai off grid concept to other freaks like you being on the other side of freak spectrum. 

So, when does the Hyundai guy get out?
