Cyberpunk is like the original Punk of Europe but fully industrialised.
Punk was art, criticism, civil rights, individualism, socialist, communist and asking for capital. An Oxymoron for all that do not have read Aristotale or would enjoy The Faucolt Pendulum in a hangmok.
All those insisting of ruling others by micro-management, who are jealous by nature, supremacist per attitude and hater per character will drop and leave everything to fuck us up where ever we are trying to break us.
And we will pick that fight.
Cyberpunk does what they like, enjoy and take no orders from noone especially if they don't make sense, but you can tell us what to do if it is reasonable.
Cyberpunk is like McGyver and The A-Team, like Parkour starting from an unreasonable ID check in a concrete labyrinth, an aggressive in-line run to keep the weed in an fine tarmac urban jungle quarter, a BMX stunt get away because you just don't like dealing with disrespect through an entire quarter, turning a country road trip into a rally track race for fun and pleasure or a high speed journey because you wanna arrive in the early morning even so all against the national speed limits...
It is European to the core. It is breathing, living and fighting freedom for God's given free will in all consequences.
