The aircraft with ammo is the known price, the rest is marketing blabla.
The pilots has the most expensive education of all military needing simulators, physical education coaches, tactics and strategic class room training as much as mental and survival training, if shut down to make it to rescue pick up points.
He cannot be replaced as quickly as the aircraft he operates.
Every aircraft needs furthermore mechanics and maintenance engineers who need kitchen and facility maintenance staff.
All of them need armed guards organised with patrols and in training able to fight of Special Forces level sabotage troops.
That means runways, bunkers, social buildings like canteen and gym, maintenance buildings with vacuums and washing machines, repair shops, sleeping quarters and for moral a bar, cinema, TV, dart or pool or gaming room.
All those buildings need an appropriate ground with a fence and security roads, pathways, bunkers, towers, gates and sirens protected by radar stations, anti-aircraft guns, anti-rocket and anti-drone systems to be all moved on trucks, if the enemy artillery gets to close by a closing in frontline.
So, you can't park them next to a high-way.... but still have to practice that as the last line of defence.
