If you install a truck size
turbo you might not drive it by the exhaust gas stream, but either by a chain or pressure sensor managed e-motor beside that you will need to modify the ESP to deal with more power on wider tyres needed to get the extra onto the road... and I do sprint faster on 20 meters in combat boots.
