the Polizist. His arm bones are completely different than mine. His upper arm is extremely short and if bending his arm his hand will by the wrist be on his shoulder. 

With my arm it's the knuckles having a way longer upper arm. 

What if the Germans who always were the biggest risk to European peace, having turned into the worst war criminals in mankinds history manged by their continously heavily medicated and ignorant lifestyle to genetically decline into a separate human race? Within two more generations? Only.... 

Do you think they turned any more humain or wiser and on which grounds do you think so, please?

PS: If, just if, that was true and the Germans are not the leading intellectual and artistic people, but have further declined from their Nazi ancestors, long forgotten and forgiven, how will they react going broke second time and who is gonna lead them next time?
