I think that Iraq can need a Middle Eastern Green Belt Project. 

The point is it does, and the violence will be only against technology on industrial age and digital age facilities with a main focus on foreign installations and possibly against modern civilian housing, but not against simple anti-desertification projects that help noone for possibly a decade.
