Still busy. I have no official Intel which part of American troops were there, but it's a good chance it was Private Military aka ex Delta and ex US Special Forces earning some retirement extra.

Sadly, in that region the use of mineral oil as fuel is simpler than ethanol, but the oil pumped there can be also in a chemical plant used to create high tech fibres such as ballistic materials of which these forces are in more urgent need than fuel considering air strikes and the fact that this is Tribal Land meaning their home.
