That means that regions like Sicily or Romania will become way more quiet and the rich and wealthy will stay away grouping up in their Ghettos like Ibiza and Marbeilla while those action happy going ballistic in Frankfurt, Berlin but also London and Miland.
There is a lot of empty remote spaces in especially Italy from the Alps to Calabria while life will get harder and louder for the low wagers depending on bad jobs in the ever economic centers.
The quality of life is the same, if you need 100 Euros a week for food and accommodation or 20 Euros, but if the 20 come with silent peace over heated business that might be a whole different calculation as much as the other way round.
Just, humans need help especially on moving into new lives.
