There is a problem

and it's excile camps. Beside my legal doubts of a factual deportation before even having had a look at the grounds of an Asylum request there is a really bad flavour to that. 

The camp is tiny and on a high security level with no direct sight lines to the inside put onto a wide open spot. 

I wonder, if Special Forces now control the port and therefore have factually taken Albanian soil. 

This is not having refugees stranded in Albania file with the Italian Ambasay a Asylum request, it is a military installation on foreign ground.
