Playing means that you have Jets that do react on the intercepting jets, but not by complying and changing course to retreat but start acrobatic maneuvers to at some point start simulating dog fights.
Usually jets close to national airspace use predictable routes on a course with little directional changes performing no acrobatic or combat maneuvers like drops, rolls or Cobra maneuvers, but fly along the intercepting air planes.
Combat maneuvers differ from acrobatic maneuvers by being related to another jet attempting to set up behind in firing position with the own jet.
Sukoys look extremely maneuverable and simple to handle, like nothing in NATO, except that tiny French gear.
