Dude, I don't even go out anymore having made BKA understand whom they ripped and expecting total system collapse anytime soon, but I am also sure that Germans of lesser status than BKA and BND will have stupid ideas on a "Who do we rip off hardcore uptime" level deciding on that only guy all around that puts on his Facebook page explicit Al Capone quotes and kept telling his fake friends "to stay useful" every single time they dropped an arrogant insult in surveilled privacy.
