It sounds like a normal job application process in Corpo World. What you think they ask for a Call Center Job?

"What is your most favorite Make-Up style?"

So, he is perfectly focusing on job related requirements and I wonder about the more spontaneous parts of the interview and if he has a multiple choice test on the way.

PS: Legal age in Germany is 16 as it is totally legal to ask you for a 10 days straight early shift. So what is your problem.
