Now there is a problem of presdictability. Hot air has only less density and therefore pressure, if it can expand.
In all areas in which heating up air cannot expand by a thick layer above it will feel way hotter.
That means that in some Valleys such as existing in all Mountain areas and large towns, creating a comparable topography over a large surface like Berlin or Paris Ile-de-France, it might be sticky warm with rain, while in Magdeburg or Callais you freeze in depression.
