There are three areas of interest. Public Space, Half Public Spaces and Private Spaces.
Public Spaces are all streets, parks and places. All parks and places get an immediate upgrade and turn building site this way taking space off the thugs by building site workers installing fountains and all ages play grounds with a lot of benches.
Half Public places are the spots Police and Social Workers visit to recruit Deputy like concerned citizens that have an Officer on speed dial and install cams to surveille both shop, cafe, school, library or parking and the close public approximaty.
The private places get a questionaire on employment status, drug use and fear level and willingness to participate in national financed education programs of their choice as in "I like to" over "Do I really have to" as normal where you Inch Allah soon point guns at while the good locals retake the public spaces as soon as humans can actually enjoy them from the aliens.
