That's the maintained 80ies build Truck by a small workshop of a Carpenter Contractor fixing other small business owners wooden items eating small farm delivered products processed by his family members at home and when eating out visiting a Sports Bar or Diner privatly owned with changing craft beers.
All what German influence in Europe murdered actively by enforceming their laws above us natives.
They also all have ARs you can forbid, but can't collect... in the same chaotic way that a media present system collapse of all or most major corporations might not create poverty for everyone, but just heat up the existing conflict zones into war zones and switch off more lights in boring quiet areas to Dark Zones in atleast Europe.
The Kingdom of Hell might be for some just the Eye of a chaotic Storm and for others a Gangster's Paradise or Shadowrun Underground War all at the same time.
