A weather center?

So, that warm carpet deciding my level of being doomed might come, but only high up and no storms.
Interestingly so, at around the same time there is a nice weather carpet pretty much exactly on the first floods region expected as quite likely, created by a Low Pressure center somewhere over Holland and Friesland, the Atlatic Coast just east of the English Channel.
If I recall correctly there are three main weather zones impacting European Weather. Those are The Open Atlantic, The North Pole Region and Sahara.
If the European weather decided to create its very center over the Prague Flatland right to Vienna Pre-Alpine Region, than the North West by Atlatic Climate, North East by Polar Climate and South by Saharan Ciimate would be dominated, just more extremely or intensely with crashes at their boarders and center.
That would be modest cold rain over the British Islands down to the Rhine, Cold rain from the Batics to parts of Poland and all Mediterranean Climate from Italy to Romania in hot rain.
If that was the climate change and in exponential than the center might stretch out over the neighbouring Bivarian Flatlands creating more likelihoods of thunder storms at the borders to other impact zones, like flood rain from Prague to about Frankfurt where thunder reaches to Collogne.
...
Jungle in Sicilia? Lake District down to London and Ski Slops in Bohemia...no nuclear fusion in Munich, but lighting catching in Dortmund?!?!?

I wonder to which extend in the past those main climate zones impacted the weather. The center would be where all three are a third and if that was shifting from Wasserkuppe...
