This attack is typical for Deso Dogg style Western Crews of IS or ISIS operating like Waffen SS or SA, just in smaller sizes.
They hit defenceless innocent and as soon as facing trained resistance, die.
Factory Security is boring. A lot of ID checks and hopefully a really good Coffee machine at least. This was no Special Forces Barracks Guards and if more armed workers by possibly concealed carry permits would have been around, no one might have died.
A trained team of Assassins would have used single fire against defenceless workers, had grenades and have had prepared bombs to than hunte down all staff driving them into arriveing Security giving headshots to those on the ground creating a massacre instead of some news time with a second or even third car get-a-way plan.
Lousy intoxicated Nazi forces style attacks have less and less success, because the attacked freez less often in fear, but run, hide and help each other.
As soon as the people is defencable again, they will fail.
