Actually it is simple. The Western School system adopted in all industrialised nations defines learning as repeating the taught. That needs most of the time only little understanding of both teacher and student.
Our actually European native form of teaching is called the Socratic Method.
The problem a system in need of strict hierarchies has with this so fundamentaly European way, that Bodybuilders factually still coltivate along with OGs and Terrorists, is that they need way more teachers, that have each way more knowledge, that are way closer to the pupils and that the pupils decide on the topics with the teacher as our method is motivation based.
Like killing Romans when ever they gave us orders...or rioting Rome to liberate kidnapped ours turned into Slaves.
