There is no trade route through Israel. There is not even a road to Jordan and thereby Israel is sealed off from trade routes. Protecting Ships leaving would be constitutional, while Taliban as we speak threaten trade in the region. It is Israels legitimate decision to not participate in trade in any form that has to be accepted and respected.
