The Kathlick Church does not manage to keep corruption off having about two thousand years of experience in that war from no other place but fucking Rome where that lifestyle was litterly founded on continental Europe, but most organisations that already look
shady in their stores are the direct equivalent of a "Chakkaaaa" screaming motivation coach that will get busted for tax fraud at a granted point in time.
This being said, can the lousy quality clothing materials still be used for real proper and locally profitable charity, such as the Green Belt Project in the Sahel Zone, if being turned into construction materials for housing or water channels.
But the next NASA Shirt in red? Puhhh...
