You create an Excel list. Each booky has an excel sheet. Each new Dollar in gets a Serialnumber based date received mmddyy and hit position. On each transfer the recipient booky adds date received and hit position.
That is done in a sheet that shows

The sheet calculates in a hidden field that the amount field (10) and amount of mmddyyhitpos match.
