Manual harvesting is also done in the Olive Industry, will be worker intensive, but former Drug Industry installations can be turned into food processing real estate including small cargo ship building and maintenance yards establishing better profit margin opportunities.
The rivers and coastline also offer sea food and sweet water fish farming spaces creating cheap meat and fertilzer with potentially thousands of fine yet low pay jobs, but in low price areas way better than unemployed poverty or drug trafficking giving a base for future development into fine wealth.
