Craftsmanship is incredible low. Like on a historic all-time low, while those that actually practiced intensifly sober are outlawed and therefore fight back by actually minor offences that show by the sentences given to Human Rights Organisations where the tyranny hides.

They pay 10.000 for an artist without any skill and a major obvious substance abuse problem, but fine modern Michelangelos 10.000 for creating Master Pieces in public display having like the Grand Master started practising as early as six years old who always minded to not being able to share their works with the citizens.
