Thats a form of outgunning the enemy.
Most likely Hamas either ignores the Camp or uses hit and run tactics by sneaking into rifle or RPG range to hit striding around soldiers. There is no Intel on ambushes or long distance sniper fire.
The problem is that both need high-tech weapons and sneaking close a lot of courage.
This being said, does Hisballah and Iran own rockets with enough range capable to hit a longer sitting camp or hit an exit path using several rockets.
Rockets are the main weapon of the IDFs enemy and considering how this war started it is most likely that more Israeli civilians will be heavily targeted. These soldiers families and friends.
