Why Europe will crash

This is the next big plan. At first, this sounds great being a connecting project of major character.
Sadly, it is inefficient by connecting independent economic zones in a most cost intensive manner binding resources.
The Baltic is a Region of long economic and cultural ties, to which German Berlin is just a distant neighbour.
Only projects like such are established. An Airport nobody needs, a Trainstation as many need and an Airport Terminal on the worst possible spot.
The Baltics might need more modern ferry services to the Scandinavian of which they are part, upgraded cargo harbours or a tunnel to Finland, more but smaller airplane connections and

But a high speed railway to Berlin Clubbing sounds like your assholes are becoming increasingly homesick, because the locals stay all at home now waiting the streets are save again.

That doesn't work. Fight. Use their fear of darkness, but fight and they might upgrade and lower prices in our centre to create better journies and even more ties between London, Paris, Amsterdam and Bruxelles or in regional centres like Prague, Bratislava, Vienna and Budapest that will pull up the outskirts instead building their tentacles ever stronger.
