The Turkish one can be hijacked and altered in pulling Turkey's foreign politics into heavy financial investments with China into the Silk Road, which happens to cross on it's northern route through all Turk People, and thereby create a long stable peace with the Kurds.
The Israeli is difficult to alter, because of their proofen track record of surpressing with every argument possible economic growth among their neighbours. The Great Israel plan means keeping the region in poverty by calling all others terrorists and 1000 dead civilians a precision strike.
