you have to agree and find a deal with the Government and representatives in the U.S.A that drug trade profits put into all development projects comperable to UN WTO and Charity Organisation economic projects are off limits from all kind of attacks by all parties having ownership with the end of the War on Drugs transferred to those running the legitimate business....so I can write Kartell with a C again.
