I'd give him five minutes warm up on a treadmill, but he has to sweat a bit, yet not a lot and then give him heavy weights with five reps one set, but in a circle training wondering how many sets he overall does until he starts the baby.
And I bet he'll have not one single joke on the way through several machines for chest, shoulder, back and arms with breaks of a minute between the machines.
